Pavlok - The Fitness Tracker With Punishing Powers!
If you tried any fitness trackers you must have noticed that most (if not all) of them focus on the same principle – they gather information, process it and present it to you on a positive note to motivate you to push further.
But, what if that doesn’t work? What if positive reinforcement is not for you? Don’t get me wrong, I am not says you need a beating because you over-slept this morning, but … maybe a little reminder zap would have helped?!?

ALSO CHECK the Withings Pulse, the FitBit Ultra and the MyBasis fitness trackers we featured earlier.

Enter PavlokPavlok does everything other fitness trackers do, but there’s also a subtle addition – the app aims to change and form habits owners wish they have by reinforcing good behaviors and punishing bad behaviors with small electric zaps (just like the static electricity shocks feel when you touch the door knob) and shame posts on social media telling your friends you had a gym training and you missed it!!!
Here’s how the guys from Pavlok describe it: “Earn Rewards when you Succeed. Face Penalties if you Fail.

Pavlok is in prototype mode, will be available for iPhone and can be pre-ordered with delivery scheduled for early 2015.

Revocharge Wireless Charging Pack For iPhone And Android Smartphones
With smartphones getting bigger, more powerful and more energy hungry every day, we welcome any new gadgets that promise to solve this issue and offer an increased battery life … at least so we can finish the day on one charge!

Revocharge is a new multifunctional breed of smartphone case which promises increased power resources for iPhone and select Android devices by combining good old phone case protection with wireless charging and an extended battery to make your life easier!
Here’s how it works – the main element is the smartphone case. It’s lightweight, only 13.4mm thin, made of strong polycarbonate material and offers access to all native buttons and ports. The case sports a wireless charging receiver which can be hooked to a desktop charger or a car mount and wirelessly charges your devices. This is where it becomes interesting – the smart case also comes with a removable magnetic extended battery which ads 2,000 mAh or 3,000 mAh (depending on the model) to your phone’s battery. If you’re not sure what this means – the iPhone battery has 1,440Mah – so the Revocarge doubles and more an iPhone’s endurance!

ALSO CHECK the Air Dock Wireless Car Charger Holder For Smartphones and the iQi Mobile – iPhone Wireless Charging On The Cheap.

Another cool thing – you don’t have to always use the extended battery (it adds some bulk to the case), you can leave it in your car or have it in your pocket or bag and only use it when you’re close to be out of power!

The Revocharge available for iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, Samsung Note 3/4, HTC ONE M8, Galaxy S4/S5 and it is in project mode at Kickstarter, it reached its funding cap and you can get a one for an early bird price of $49 ($50 less than what it will retail for).

Apple 4.7in iPhone 6 And 5.5 iPhone 6 Plus Smartphones With Retina HD Display
I initially intended this article to be rant longer post about the latest iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus and how Apple made history with its famous smartphone line. But finally, as the net is full of Apple histories and tons of posts pro and contra their latest models, I decided to compile it in a couple of phrases and let go on the subject …

While I love how Apple designs their gadgets with that fancy, metallic finish, I know how reliable and fast their smartphones and tablets are, I envy iOs users for having access first and sometimes exclusively to some apps and games (although this changed a lot lately, Android is keeping the pace very well and it even starts setting the trend) I always stayed on the Android side of the technology!

I always saw Steve Job’s Apple as a trend setter. They always took the hard path (remember … promoting touch screens when all gadgets had buttons, promoting Bluetooth when all headsets had wires, promoting cool and expensive designs and most smartphones were struggling finding a decent finish, reliability and ease of usage when all manufacturers looked to cut costs and quality… and so on) and they were well rewarded for doing so (hey … while they were pushing hard they become the most valued company of the face of Earth!!!).

But things were a bit different yesterday when they announced – [... READ MORE ]
